Living on the Estate
A small number of residential properties are available to let within the estate. These include 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, the majority of which are Listed buildings set within quiet rural surroundings in and around the village of Merthyr Mawr.
Long lets are preferred. Tenancies are offered infrequently — the estate is a working rural community with strong ties to its existing residents, and the right fit matters on both sides. If you are interested in being considered for a tenancy, please contact the estate office.
The Application Process

Contact the estate office with details about your household, tenure preferences, and moving timeline.

Screening & Viewing
Once a suitable property becomes available, we’ll discuss suitability and arrange a viewing at a mutually convenient time.

References & Agreement
We’ll request references and finalise the tenancy agreement. All tenancies require landlord’s insurance and deposit protection.
